The PBS KIDS Shop warehouse and processing operation is located in Illinois. On Friday, March 20, the Illinois Governor announced a statewide stay-at-home order aimed at stopping the spread of COVID-19. As a result, any orders placed on the PBS KIDS Shop before May 1, 2020 will take 3-4 weeks to produce and ship. If you have placed an order and wish to cancel, please contact Customer Service at 866-531-6305 or via email at customerservice@shop.pbskids.org.
Unless that stay-at-home order is extend, the PBS KIDS Shop will return to regular operations on May 1, with orders processed in 7-10 days.
